What payment methods do you accept?

My card payment won't process, what should I do?
We maintain a high level of payment security and as a result we have strict rules on the information you provide when entering the payment details. Please ensure you have correctly entered the billing address and card details. A small mistake will cause the payment to fail. If you have any problems please email us
I wish to return an item, what should I do?
Not a problem, you will find full details of our returns process on our Returns page. Please email us to arrange the return and please ensure you provide your order number with the item you return.
My order says it is in Security Check, what does this mean?
All orders go through a Security Check to ensure payment has been received ok. This is usually a very quick step but can take up to 12 hours in some cases and we will contact you if there is any problem. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can contact you easily and quickly resolve any problems.
What happens if I am not in and the courier attempts to deliver my order?
The courier will leave a card with details of the parcel and how to arrange collection from your local post office. We always require a signature for all deliveries and are therefore unable to leave the item if you are not in.
